Miley Cyrus is planning to celebrate her 17th birthday next month with a Dolly Parton-theme. The Hannah Montana actress, who shares the same Nashville, Tennessee hometown with the veteran country music star, confessed being a huge Parton fan.

Miley revealed her plans about her big day on November 23 during a recent appearance on US presenter Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. “I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favourite Dolly moment,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling the host.

“I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That’s probably going to be the funniest thing ever,” she added.
