Looking for the top women’s shoe trends for fall 2012? There are some really fun and excellent styles that will be heavy rotation this season, including women’s boots in a variety of styles and high heels that go way beyond the average pump.

Westfield offers a wide range of shoe styles to suit every occasion, from casual to business to evening. Here are some top styles you can look for this season:

Wedge shoes. Scroll through the women’s shoes at Westfield, and you’ll find plenty of wedges for sale. The summer staple is still hot for fall, thanks to a transition into lace-up booties, boots, and brogues. Wedge shoes are also much easier to walk in than traditional high heels, thanks to the more solid base, so they’re perfect for those who want some height but still want to be comfortable.

High heels with a twist. Loafer pumps are hot this season, as are embellished pumps featuring bows and other adornment. They add a twist to plain dresses and skirts without becoming too wild for everyday wear.

Boots, boots, and more boots. Women’s boots can be found in a variety of styles: riding boots, ankle boots, flat or heeled, short or tall, pull-on or lace-up. Basically, whatever style of boot you prefer, there’s a good chance it’s in style this year; fall 2012 has become a bit of a boot free for all, where anything goes!

Party worthy flats. Not a heels girl? There’s nothing wrong with disliking high heels, especially if you’re getting ready to hit the holiday party circuit. Trendsetters and designers are realizing that women’s shoes need to be comfortable as well as stylish, so this season we’re seeing an array of pretty flats that can be worn with holiday dresses and casual outfits alike.
