Considering the fact that I’ve worked at my establishment for nearly 15-years, I could only wish that dressing in skimpy clothes would get me a promotion. Although I think I’d scare my boss and coworkers away…hence the reason why clearly women have an advantage in this regard.

Its true upto some extent.But the ladies can do?The world is just expecting something different from them wherever they go.If they don’t do this stuff they will be surely sidelined.But i think that we must try to help the gals come out of these frame.

It’s sad to read this article and say that it is true that more woman would rather dress “skimpy” to get ahead than to rather work their way up the corporate ladder. I think more woman should be aware of there abilities of doing better than to just rely on their mini skirts and low cut tops to get them the job they need. I think that the way our society is, is that it is ok for woman to do that and in reality it shouldn’t be. don’t get me wrong there is a time and a place where a woman should be sexy and have that feeling of over powerment but if that’s what she needs to get ahead and not a strong mind set and dive; is she really a strong independent woman? I love the fashion world and all that it has created but I personally think that it’s sad that skimpy outfits and low cut shirts are what some woman need to get ahead.
